Delivery

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. We endeavour to deliver your items earlier if possible unless there are any circumstances we have no control over, which may prevent or delay us from delivering to you within our stated times.

Customers will be advised by email once goods have been despatched.

Orders will be despatched by standard Royal Mail post or by an approved courier.


Returns

Damaged items

All items leave our premises in perfect condition, so please do not accept or sign for delivery of an item which is obviously damaged.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything other than perfect condition, please advise us by email to info@cachetuk.com within 2 days of receiving your item. On receipt of your return, we will review the item and if we agree that it is damaged, we will either refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Please note that any items despatched to you by courier must be returned by an approved courier. All return items must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.

All other returns

Unwanted goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, however this will not include return carriage/postage costs. Full refunds will only be provided if the goods are in resaleable condition.
